Accountability partner

You can invite one accountability partner per sprint from Sprint Settings after enabling Accountability partner under Motivation & Reminders.

What they see

The partner opens /app/sprint/partner/[token] (or an emailed link when email sending is enabled). They see:

• On-track vs needs recovery language
• Missions completed and remaining today
• Whether a mock is scheduled tomorrow

They do not see raw readiness scores unless you explicitly share scores. There is no public leaderboard and no comparison to other candidates.

What they can do

After accepting, they can send a single canned encouragement (“You’ve got this”). That lands in-app for you, and as a Web Push if you subscribed.

Invites without email

Partner invite emails respect the same server email flag as other Sprint digests. If email is off, create the invite and copy the link — the in-app token always works for authenticated partners.
